Pizza Hut

Trust the reviews! Wish I saw them before ordering. I got a medium Veggie for 23 bucks. Barely any toppings on it and the pizza itself was just warm. I came in at the time I was told to pick it up. Pizza hut quality really went down the drain over the past few years but their prices keep going up. There are better options available around so I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Order the triple decker deal, 2 pizzas, cookie, wings bread. Everything smelled Great. But for whatever reason our pizza was at best warm. We ordered ahead of time for pick up too not sure why it was cold - warm. We were to hungry to go back to get a replacement. I only live 7mins away. Pizza should not be only warm

i ordered a cheese and chicken and pizza and as soon as i opened the box a could smell ham. i thought it was just the box so i took a bite and got a mouthful of ham juices somehow. i am allowed to eat ham but do not enjoy it, but had this been someone who is not allowed to eat ham would be troublesome. i’m giving 2 stars because my breadsticks and wings were good, but the main part i wanted was the pizza which was ruined by the ham flavouring. plus my chicken on top was sharp

Who doesn’t want someone to deliver a hot pizza with a friendly face?? Well I’ll raise my hand because I had the nicest lady with a black vehicle deliver my family meal. While I sat on the couch after a hard days work. It was hot it was fresh and to see this woman happy made my day!!! Wednesday March 30 2022 around 430ish. If you were that woman I just want to thank you. There’s so many unhappy people and to see your smile that day was super awesome!! I’m sorry you have a hard time pleasing people I see with the reviews but they’re only complaining because everyone seems to be doing that these days. I hope you have a great day because you made mine no cooking and to see their smile was so nice.

I placed an order and it arrived 20-30 mins after the estimated delivery time. There is no tracking once your order is out for delivery, you just have to sit and wait. I called the restaurant but it went straight to customer service, who said to try calling again repeatedly until it went to the actual restaurant. They couldn't give me much info either. I do, however, want to point out that the delivery driver was pretty great, even though she was late. Once I got to the table and opened my pizza, I realized they forgot the dip. I called the driver (Donna) who offered to go back to the restaurant and bring it to me. I appreciate her doing that, although it's a part of her job but most people wouldn't go through all of that. Mixed experience as the pizza wasn't warm by the time it got to me. But the food was good.

A friend and I went here spontaneously to get pizzas, to share with the group (five of us). It was easier to make two orders so we could all share in the cost (paybacks between us). My friend ordered the first pizza, a medium with three toppings. Then the guy walked away (he assumed we both represented the single order). Stood there at least five more minutes before he came back to tell us we didn't have to wait in the store, where we then explained that I also had an order. It happens, not a big problem. So I also ordered a medium 3 topping (no special attributes). It came to $23 and change. After ten more minutes, my friends pizza was ready. I waited another five more. Outside, we all gorged. As far as pizzas go, it was really just OK. There's so many better pizza choices out there, seriously. But then I saw the sign in the window, and this is what makes me give it a 2 star review. The sign read: 1 large 4-topping pizza $15. Sure, we didn't see it and didn't ask for it, but as a walk-in, the guy at the counter coulda been all like "hey guys, instead of paying $23+ for a medium 3-topping, get a large with 4 toppings for $15..." If the pizza we got had been amazing then maybe I wouldn't of cared, but $15 for the subpar pizza would have been much better.
