Boston Pizza

The attached photo was a promotion Boston Pizza were running. When I asked the server (as per the instructions on the promotion) he said that the promotion was for Spring Break only. However, you can read the sign and decide for yourself. Server was good and the food came out fast. However, they were out of kids Bugs and Cheese, even though they took the order. When I asked the manager, they said it was due to "supply chain issues" and that I should blame "CP". The beer also tasted flat, although they insisted that it was recently changed. The manager seemed to not really care when I brought these items to his attention. It was my birthday, but the server didn't wish happy birthday. They also no longer sing happy birthday, due to covid. I ended up removing the poster and giving it to the manager. If you are at Bingemans, then it makes sense to stay and eat. However, the experience was disappointing and seems to be a shared experience, based on the other recent reviews.

It was really amazing experience we had here. it's very large and has many activities you could do such as table pool ($2 only) boolling, and so much other games. Dining menus was great as well as drink menu. What I loved in this place is that you could take your drink with you and go play the fun games. will come again for sure

My wife and I went here yesterday May 15, 2022 as we are here from out of town. The place is massive and has a bowling alley in it as well as arcade games. With that said, this review is for our server. We had a young kid by the name of Bryan, Bryan was excellent. Very polite, great attitude and one of our favourite servers yet as well travel a bit. If you go there, I hope you get him. Bryan, thank you for a great night!

My parents were in from out of town and we took the kids to Funworx. We stopped in for a late lunch at Boston Pizza and it was such a good decision! Our servers name was Amanda. She was extremely friendly and accommodated us without any issue when we needed to move tables. She was super attentive and very kind with my children. Can’t say enough good things about our experience. The manager even checked in with us to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I had the Mediterranean pizza and a small Caesar salad, my parents had the BBQ pizza and the nachos and my boys had the kids pizzas. It was all soo good and the portions were great. We will be back for sure and hopefully we get the same server!

Disappointed by the slow service, and it wasn’t even busy. Ordered the galaxy fishbowl and it was as if I was drinking straight lemon juice, not even watered down. Also ordered the spicy pierogi pizza with spinach & artichoke dip. Our waitress avoided us majority of our time spent here. Probably won’t ever come back for the food or drinks. But let’s hope the arcade can turn this night around!

It always seems like there’s some degree of confusion between the staff for bowling and Boston Pizza. The service for bowlers is great and definitely a unique setting to be able to get food and drinks as you bowl, and everyone’s pretty friendly; however, the service for dining has been quite slow in my few experiences. It took our waitress about 15 minutes to come by for drinks although she did apologize and was very friendly. The food is great, what you expect from Boston Pizza. While not the best location, definitely is unique as mentioned. Probably would choose a different one if not bowling, but if you are bowling, it’s a great option to be able to eat during/afterwards.

Amazing service, food was great! Our server Brian even helped us get a spot in the shade for our baby when the place was busy. The atmosphere was really nice and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had the carnivore pizza and the tex fries, and they didn't dissapoint. We will definitely be back in the future!

Not a great place to order pickup on a Saturday night - they are too busy to get your order right. Forgot all the condiments and dips for our order, so had to go back to get them. Then had to wait over 10 mins just for someone to ask what I wanted - then another 10 to get what was missing. And the staff likes to hand you off from one person to another - no one taking personal responsibility for a customer.
