Tim Hortons

We Order TimBits via Mobile Order. I confirm order in drive thru that I need assorted means all type of timbits and when we come home and open the box. We got this shown in photo. all same tim bits and employee working there not even inform that we have only one or two kind of timbits. Very Poor Service, Very Poor App Design, and Untrained Staff. THIS IS THE TIME TO RAISE THE STANDARDS OF PURELY CANADIAN BRAND. SHAMEFUL SERVICE. NO LONGER TIM FAN. If manager or management of Tim Hortons read this. I would like to hear back from you.

I come here mostly for the reusable cups because they're always stocked and the cups are amazing (I may have a slight addiction)! They always get my coffee and drinks orders right although the hot coffee is usually burnt when I go. They tend to make mistakes often with the food orders. All good though, they're friendly there and correct the orders when I ask :)

By far the WORST Tim Horton's in Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge. The have zero customer service skills. They do not know what they're doing here. They don't understand the menu I believe. They constantly make a mistake with my order 😒. I'll order something and they decide on what they want to give me. They need to fire everyone and start over. Or everyone needs to be re-trainef! They're also very rude and will argue with you if you inform them that the order is wrong. Everyone in Kitchener knows to not cone to this location.
