Pizza Pizza

3-star rating. Pizzas are not worth the price. The crust is so tough to bite on. Employees need to thoroughly answer or explain the varieties in store. It’s sometimes confusing how to tell them the order. But they have good choices on toppings and sauces. Still need to work on customer management and providing well-cooked pizzas.

Pizza was so tasty.. Even the crust is wow.. But the person who take the order never warm welcome you.. Always behave like rude.. And the night time they told they can't accept credit/debit.. Only cash. Luckily I have cash at hand otherwise I have to return without pizza.. Your pizza is good.. Just improve your service and behaviour.

The pizza they gave was burnt and when I showed them the picture they said they cannot give another pizza or credit for it since it was after 24 hrs. I had taken the pizza to a friend's home in mississauga, thats why I couldnt bring it back, so I reported it when I got time and I received really bad customer service from them.

Today after 3 months we have ordered pizza pizza again . We have been customers for a while. Management should check dipping sauces expiring date. Maybe we just got bad luck but still get dipping sauces with expire date of May 08, 2020. Quite bad!! Please people check them before eat them and manager check your products before handle to customers. Update October 22, 2020. I think two times same issue not good !!! Please management should check their supplies before restocking them. Someone can get sick !!
