Burger King

This place is trash. It's either never open during operating hours or they don't have anything. Today went there to get food. They said they only have apple juice. No soft drinks or sweet tea. So I asked since I'm getting a combo meal will it be discounted since I'm paying for a fountain drink. They said no. I drove away. What kind of fast food place doesn't have soda mix? This place needs to close down or fire everyone and try to restaff it even though it's difficult to get anyone in the fast food industry. I'm definitely writing corporate about this.

Besides the male that was there, this place has the worst customer service the lady with her hair pinned up wearing glasses was rushing people to place there order she was giving the vibe of next hurry up next meanwhile she not listening to the order she kept getting it wrong. she kept saying yes please and speaking as if she wanted to leave. She might of been manager.she didn't take care of us at the window but I can see her still complaining about something. they did take extremely long and when I got home some of the food taste stale. Today March 24 2022 around 315pm. My last time going there I didn't even finish my food since it didn't taste fresh. Gave it 2 stars because of the gentleman who gave us our food was very polite.

The worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I placed my order through the drive-thru and handed him my card along with a discount coupon. Chelisa the cashier just threw it away and I wasn't afraid of a discount. When I asked her she just told me you didn't tell me when you made the order. In a tone of contempt because I am Latina. I told her that she should honor the coupon because there was no one else in line. She gave me a gesture with attitude and contempt. She started talking about me with her co-worker and then called the supervisor on duty who solved my problem. This girl can even be my daughter. What I mean is that she was a girl of about 19 to 22 years old. They must teach them that the client must be treated well no matter what their nationality is. Respect for customers is very important as from the customer to the employee. My respect to the supervisor but that girl should not work there

Exactly as expected - yes, I got my order "my way" with a decent friendly crew (tall skinny kid working the front register). 5 stars I was half disappointed when I see 4-5 orders at the drive through and only 1 guy busting his rear on the line. The slowest sweeper in the world (guessing the M.O.D by the shirt) could have put her broom down from sweeping behind the counter, closed her mouth (she wouldn't shut up) and help the one guy back there. Last I checked, service is a TEAM effort, and her style is anything but that. Did it affect my timing or food? No - but I'm far from being in a rush. But that is DEFINITELY not what you want as franchise ownership with drive thru times at exceeding 10 MINUTES, with that type of management as an example. Crew - 5 stars, Manager - 0 stars. Edit: and the young girl working the drive thru doesn't need to be pulling chicken nuggets out of the service area and eating them while wandering behind the counter. Poor form and sure as heck is not sanitary! REMEMBER - EVERYTHING IS ABOUT PERCEPTION!

Horrible service even Thru drive thru they do t hear you good you have to repeat yourself like 5 times and when u go to the second window I waited 10 minutes for my food. And only 1 person doing front and taking the order out while the girl goes around the store with her cellphone texting and all she did was fill the drinks up instead of helping the boy.

This is the worst Burger King that I have ever been to the employees are very illiterate when they take your order and you ask to put cheese on the whopper and you drive 3 miles to get the food and they don’t know how to read a ticket for the food and on the screen on how to make and order i and I ask then that they have cheese on them when we pull out of the drive through and this is not the first time that this has happened in this location at this and I would never eat there again and won’t tell anyone to go there to eat this the worst Burger King in history of the chain of restaurants I would not be buy at this location ever the food I have ever eaten never again I hope they close this location down the treat there Customersthis way
