Denny's

Crystal was phenomenal! She came back to check on us constantly with always a smile on her face! She made us feel like we were the only people there. The food was great but our server Crystal was definitely the reason to come back! We are from Minnesota and she could teach a thing or two to our servers back home! Thanks for a great experience during our 20th anniversary trip!

Melissa the hostess was a absolute joy to be around, she has found her calling She was engaging and empathetic to us. I have seen many managers fail at what she did naturally. I was amazed by her service and attitude I hope Denny's will recognize this talent and promote her so she can teach others these skills.

I have come here twice with my sister and girlfriend. The first time an African American veteran made out dinner delightful. He deserves a promotion. Now this second time not only did the accommodate me by fixing a to-go order instead of ordering online but, Melissa is a wonderful host, she really brightened our trip. I couldn't give higher praise for her attitude and patience. She is a wonderful employee and deserves a promotion for her customer service skills.

While on my brunch today we visited this location, I will start with the food/service. The staff was friendly and professional our waitress Toya was very friendly and attentive. The food was pretty decent, we had a simple All American Slam so I can't complain about that. What I need to vent about is that it was so hot inside this restaurant we had to eat our food fast and leave, we couldn't hang out and chat because we were sweating. The poor staff had sweat running down their faces, we asked if they could turn up the A/C and we were told the A/C unit on our side of the restaurant has been broken for awhile now. Someone tried to make things a little cooler by adding a a small house unit a/c but that was useless. My last gripe were the restrooms I will say they were clean BUT, they were in need of much repairs. The walls are crumbling is need some attention. For a tourist Denny's the owner should be ashamed.

Out of the 3 Denny’s we tried in Kissimmee whilst on our 2 week holiday, this one was by far the best. We came multiple times and was never disappointed. All staff were kind, particularly Angel, who was so lovely! The food came out fast and was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this particular Denny’s.

I was delightfully surprised by the quality of their sirloin steak! It was tender, juicy, and flavorful. It was the only place open at midnight nearby that I consider decent and if you ever find yourself in this situation, try the sirloin out. The service was also great although we were the only ones in there for the first 30 mins.
