Today I was at the Loop West store, you will know a unique choice, since there is a great variety to choose from, the toppings also have a great variety, super fresh fruits and the best, the spectacular strawberries with chocolate. My family and I met some very attentive girls who guided us and gave us recommendations for combinations. I recommend this place, super nice to spend some time after shopping. Thank you ..... Annie

the ice cream was good as always, but the employee, kirka, was very rude to us. i asked for a sample cup and she said she didn’t have anymore sample cups, i knew they had them cause i was looking at them; i asked why she wouldn’t give it to me and she said cause she didn’t want to hahah. besides that, menchies good as always.

Great, the place, the super cheerful staff, they guide you and recommend flavors. They gave me a taste of Acai and they recommended a recipe that was fantastic. I had never heard of it and the girl who attended me explained to me where her seed comes from. I went today as soon as they opened their door at 11 am and now I just left and the girls worry about asking customers for review, I am not one to give opinions but it is a place to like and return I like the amount of flavors and toppings they have, a good plan to start the weekend.

My son and I enjoyed our hot summer day over a large cup of froyo from Menchie's. Menchies frozen yogurt is self served which means you choose your frozen yogurt flavors, fill your cup/bowl and add as many toppings as the dear lord will allow lol As a health conscious parent, this is a fun alternative to ice cream.
