Starbucks

This is by far my favorite Starbucks to go to. The staff/manager is super friendly. If you go regularly they remember you and your name. I've never had a bad experience with them. Yes you can have the off drink very rarely but that will happen anywhere with having so many different variables in play. I've been to Starbucks London Ontario, Ottawa, off routes on the highway, 5 different ones in town here... This one is the one I try and go to even if I have to drive out of my way for it. When ever I do a long drive to Belleville or Ottawa, I make sure to stop here get my fav drink that most of the staff remember (which I dojt expect them too) have a nice friendly express than off on my road trip. Even friend that never had Starbucks before Ill bring to this store just so they can have the best experience possible

This location has improved all staff immensely! At one time, some staff very nice, while others not so much. One staff member near the beginning of Covid was very, very rude to a customer that I saw there. This particular customer clearly had a hearing problem and the staff member should have been more understanding instead of so impatient. This time (at least 1 yr) when I went back all staff were great,friendly and professional with all customers. Much better experience!

Oh my gosh! I love it here! They’re quick and SO friendly. I believe their name was Rai, but they were so fast with the drinks, they tasted SO good, and was super friendly. Rai (?) brought a huge smile to my face and made the atmosphere so welcoming. 11/10 service guys, everyone there! Thanks so much!
