Stopped over at Brooding Italian Cafe on the way to Shoalhaven Heads, we chose this cafe for breakfast due to many great google reviews. Ordered a coffee and Bacon & Eggs roll - decent coffee and food. Popular amongst the locals and good place for a quick bite around Kiama area.

My fav brunch place in Kiama! The foods were tasty and staffs were helpful too. A must go cafe when you visit Kiama.

I have been a regular at "The Brooding" since moving to Kiama. The best coffee (roasted locally), juices, food and friendly atmosphere attracted me but it is their excellent customer service that kept me coming back. Recently I had a problem with my order (never before) and the Manager Emily listened empathetically and proactively worked to resolve the issue, providing me the best customer service I have experienced in the industry. This cafe has become a cultural touch point of the area and I highly recommend eating here.

Visited the cafe on nice sunny day and sat outside. It was great!! Tasty food and generous portions. Freshly made justices are must try! Friendly quick service! Overall we enjoyed our lunch!!

Beautiful stylish,well appointed, welcoming cafe.
Great decor with a warm and friendly greeting.
Whilst we waited the lovely owner brought over a delicious muffin on the house!!
This muffin was to die for.

I love going to this place it has great food and very nice coffee also the staff are always friendly they greet you when you arrive and they say goodbye to you when you leave my mate had a ham& cheese, tomato toasted sandwich on rye bread that look so good that I was going to order one too

Great vibe and staff come together to deliver an amazing brew of coffee. The best in Kiama, was a regular visit. Don’t forget to get the lemon slice- it’s divine!
