Ordered using the app, unfortunately I ordered it to Wellingborough and checked in, anyhow after calling them and letting them know I was coming to collect, they agreed to put a hold on the order, when I got there they even made me a fresh wrap which they didn’t have to do. 10/10 for communication and customer service, thanks KFC Kettering.

Went to the drive through at 10:30pm on Friday 16th of June and the guy was incredibly accommodating. Very friendly and amazing food for what it is :)

Omg! I just have read some comments. Feel so sorry for this people. My experience was lovely. I just had my first order ever from this fast food and I was really impressed. Delivered in 15 min and all the food was lovely. I just hope that my impressions will remain the same on the second order 😊

Clean and tidy dinning environment, a lot of parking space available. (Possible due to closure of odeon cinema near by?)
Services wise was fast and easy to pay with contactless payment. If the food can be order via apps in advance will be great.
Chicken was freshly cooked when I arrive at 11am. Tasty as usual 😋 highly recommended
