Over the weekend of September 3rd, I went out with my Wife to celebrate her 31st birthday and I picked this Burger King for LUNCH. It was merely to get food, before we go shopping at the local mall and other places for her gifts, this was a MISTAKE. I purchased the Ch’King sandwich to try out and so I could avoid red meat getting high acid levels in my blood. LOOK AT THE PICTURE I ATTACHED, THAT IS WHAT THEY GAVE ME. It is impossible to eat without making a mess, so I had to throw it out and go hungry until dinner. This ruined my whole day, and my wife's birthday.
I have since contacted Corporate Burger King, and they apologized, but I plan to visit this BK again and demand an apology for ruining my wife's birthday.

I ordered my fave, the rodeo burger and was offered cheese which I accepted. All I can say is, blecha😵💫 I much prefer it without. The chocolate chip cookies were overbaked and crunchy 😱 but my vanilla shake was good 👍

They put extra care into packing the food and making sure we knew which drink was diet and which wasn't. The food tasted good, including a perfect amount of salt on the French fries.

The option of Drive-Thru isn't listed below. However, I ordered 2 - 2 for $10s and the young man taking the order was very clear-spoken and very helpful with optimizing the order. We got everything correct and it was all freshly made. My wait was longer than expected but the freshly prepared meals made up for it. His assistance expanded the slogan, "Have it Your Way".

2/4/22 sat in line for 18 minutes. Ordered a shake for a friend who is sitting with a loved one on hospice. Was told shake their shake mixer was not working. Said they should put up a sign or something and was rudely laughed at. Asked if I could order just a cone? (They said the mixer, not the ice cream machine was down) Was told yes. Proceeded to wait another 11 minutes to the window. Get there, she takes my card, then hands it back, then walks off….so I’m waiting, waiting, waiting. Girl comes back and says ice cream machine is not working. The “manager” who was the rude voice who laughed at me says “she gave your card back obviously she didn’t charge you”….WAIT WHAT? So don’t they give my card back in every transaction? How am I to know I wasn’t charged? JUST PLAIN RIDE!!!!! I will never be back to this BK.

So I am giving this rating solely on who closes their business lobby early on a summer Saturday ....and not post it or have a good reason for it . So I guess on Saturdays they close well before 10pm and their drive thru well is super busy ... I didn't bring my car and I was met by three other people who were turned away by locked doors to the lobby

Wish the drive thru lady would listen and ordered me the 16 of nugget instead of the 8 but overall was good
