Not very friendly really, lack of customer service skills. Wrong people to be a franchisee.

The first thing I noticed was no customer service skills, no greeting, no attention to details my ordering experience was sad to the point I was about to jump over the counter and make mine andy friend's orders and call it a day...a sloth would've been faster and cuter to deal with🙄
