I used to avoid this Starbucks like the plague, however it seems recently they've had some staff or management change that has improved everything. I actually started going here instead of dealing with the long lines at the regular Starbucks! The brown haired male barista who I have seen in the morning makes the absolute best hot caramel macchiato I have ever had. He also recommended I try the iced vanilla cream cold brew and I also really enjoyed it!! 6/5

Terrible service. Asked for a hot chocolate, the girl couldn't figure out how to ring it up so she charged me for something else and it cost
$5.50 instead of $4.00. When I got home I found she had sprinkled something in it that made it taste like awful coffee.

Workers are nice, coffee is extraordinary. Frappe’s make take longer but it is worth it.

Expect longer wait due to understaff issue. There was only 1 barista and she was doing her best to keep up with the orders and staying courteous. It is strange though that there is no cappuccino listed on the menu board.

Apparently the staff take breaks and leaves the place unattended at 6pm while people just figure out on their own that they arent getting coffee nor service?? Ever heard of a sign ...on break closed or better yet another employee so that when one takes break the business still runs???

Amazing service I got to taste before I spent my money in a liquid version and asked for whipped and got it neat place to work workers are so clean
