Awful customer service. There was a sign that said a case of water is $4.49. (Plus deposit and taxes.) It rung up as $6.49. I told the child running the register there must be a mistake. She proceeds to re-scan the water and says I was wrong. On the odd chance I was wrong, I went back to the shelf and re-read the sign. Nope, it was marked $4.49. I told her of the error and she said "I don't make the prices."

This store is very convenient for me as I live on Victoria, but 3 times in last week and a half I have gone to the store and had to leave due to the door being locked and random note on door saying on break. One day it said 20 minutes, the other two said 10 minutes. With a parking lot full of people no less. The employee that is doing this is also extremely slow, and honestly his hygiene is awful. Like someone said before, guess I will be going to Rite Aid from now on.

This store is exceptional, iv been to alot of other 711's around this area and this is by far the cleanest one. Store is always kept nice from the shelves to the floor. Always have fresh food out , Coffee is always full. I also give the employees alot of credit for dealing with some of the rude customers that I see in there at times. They are people to and just trying to deal with this covid like everyone els. At least they are getting up everyday and clocking into work. Keep up the work 🤘

I just stopped in to this location and NEITHER employee cashing folks out were wearing a mask. We just went through 3 months of lockdown and most of the states that opened back up before us are seeing high rises in covid cases. It's disrespectful and illegal for these clerks to be ringing out customers without masks on. I will be contacting the health department. I find this to be completely unacceptable..

I went to to buy a few things and the red head at the counter was more concerned about talking to the boys that were there then helping me. She asked if I needed a bag for my items which I did, she proceeded to put the bag on the counter next to my items and continued talking. This is terrible service and I will avoid your store at all cost.
