Love this cafe for quick meetings and to come work solo as well - they have really good food options and love their beverages!

Excellent space with lots of varied seating, good coffee and pretty good pastry. The parking is great, too. It is a bit noisy & echo-y when busy, but tolerable. Would definitely go back.

Great atmosphere. Quiet despite there being a few other customers there. Staff were nice and interactions were very minimal. Good london fogs. They do latte art there as well which is cool. Both pictures are london fogs, ive been there twice and just wanted to show both of the latte art. :-)

Very busy space with lots of people working at tables so it was a bit of a wait to be able to sit down and enjoy our coffee and pastries. The almond croissant…hands down the best one I’ve ever eaten, incredible. Found the drip coffee to be almost lukewarm.

Went here for the first time last week! It was so awesome! I didn’t even know it existed until my husband suggested we meet for coffee. The soy latte was incredible. The flavour of the coffee is amazing! Prices we also reasonably priced. The vibe is cool and chill. Nice place to hang out!

Oh my! I come to Third Space pretty often to study, but I had to write a review after trying a Kelownut--best donut of my LIFE! I usually get a decaf Americano here and the coffee isn't my favourite (I agree with other reviewers that it seems a little sour), but I love the atmosphere, seating, and, apparently, the donuts lol. Thank you, Third Space!

Fresh pastries, great coffee and wonderful customer service. I just feel like they are a little over priced. A cup of latte is 6.80$ but other than that a very cozy warm vibe and I will definitely come back.

I met someone here and was pleasantly surprised! What a little gem in an unusual location. It wasn’t very obvious from the road or map directions but it is where it says it is. I love the neon signs and bench seating, I loved how quiet it was (would be a great place to study or work from), and my decaf latté was fantastic! I wouldn’t hesitate to go back or recommend Third Space to others. I wish Kelowna and area had even more places like this!

Third Space Cafe was a super cute and comfortable cafe with an amazing vibe for both getting work done or catching up with friends.
The baristas were super fast, friendly and welcoming, even with a line out the door!
We're visiting from our Cafe in Hawaii and doing our Kelowna Caffeine Crawl where we check out all the cafes we find! This one was great!

This is for sure a popular spot, and I love its interior and the patio a lot!
Tho, I'm not sure how I truly feel about the things I tried there! They were decent, nothing special really, but I usually pay a bit more than what I typically pay for similar beverages, etc.
