kid with the clear frame glasses is a real loser. should find something better to do than waste other peoples time making minimum wage. Likely a result of poor parenting or lack of parenting at all. I'd be ashamed if that was the impression i gave to the average person within a 5-10 minute interaction but he seems like the kind of loser that wouldn't care anyway. Ordered three sandwiches online Sunday April 25th, 2021 from this location at around 8:40 PM. I received a confirmation that the food would be ready around 9:05 PM and I could pick it up. I got there and the lady working at the counter looked confused when I said I was there to pick up my sandwiches. She said they closed at 9 PM. I told her that I saw they didn't close until 10 or else I wouldn't have ordered from that location. She said that they are only open until 10 on weekends. I told her I had already paid. She said if I had paid online that I would get my refund. I left the store disappointed. I spent $24.77 and never got my sandwiches. That may not seem like much but it is a lot to me. I then ended up driving to the location at 6586 Denton Highway and received superior customer service. I understand that miscommunications happen but I don't enjoy being told something that isn't true (the part about my refund) just to get me to go away. Who knows, maybe she hadn't encountered that situation before and figured that was the right answer. I didn't expect her to open the register and give me money then and there because I know that's not how these things work when it comes to online orders but come on guys. When so many people are hurting for money with this pandemic and so many stores have reduced hours, how does a location not offer better customer service? I don't think of myself as a pushy person or a typical "I want to speak to your manager" type, and maybe that's why this has happened, but I don't know how to get my money back, especially since a few days have passed. How do I prove I didn't get my sandwiches? Regardless, I chose this store because it is 5 minutes from the house. While the Denton Highway store is a little further away, I'll be visiting that location from now on. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Just visited this restaurant for lunch, only one person appeared to be scheduled for the lunch shift. I get it, food service problems. But I should not have had to ask the employee to wash their hands after handling tender during checkout from the customer in front of me. I also should not have had to witness this employee wet their hands for less than 10 seconds, and totally disregard using the soap. Obviously, that’s disgusting. I immediately left. 0/10. STRONGLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS STORE.

It's always a guess on if I'll be receiving good service here. I almost always put in my order on the app, so sometimes it's ready on time and sometimes it's not. Sometimes I get fresh bread and vegetables, sometimes it's stale bread and the bottom of the barrel for toppings. I guess I'm a gambler because I keep coming back. 😂

This is the first bad experience I’ve had here before, I came in about an hour before they closed, the employees looked at me with a glare and didn’t say welcome or anything. His voice was filled with attitude and rudness when making my food and handed me my sandwich without saying anything and left to the back of the store.
