Mcdonald's

Most of the workers are really rude other then one guy in the drive through who’s great. I waited 20 minutes on a really simple order. I had overheard an order that was before mine and it was almost identical to mine and they got their food right away, but I had to pull forward and wait 20 minutes while 4 cars behind me got their food. Then when I finally did get my food they had forgotten some of it, it was really ridiculous and there’s no reason it should’ve happened. I’ve had many experiences similar to this at this location and would never recommend it to someone. The people who work shifts at night are super sweet tho

Incompetent Workers, Bad Management. ALWAYS A LONG WAIT with a FULL kitchen staff, 80% of the time my order is incorrect. If the order is correct the food quality is terrible; cold stale fries, old burger, stale nuggets. Staff always looks confused.. I keep trying to give this location a chance, but today was the last straw.. After waiting 15min in the drive thru and another 5min in the wait lane. I saw 6 other cards get their order. I was the only one waiting for a burger and fries only.. I literally watched them give my food to someone else who stuck their hand in the bag and realized it was incorrect.. The person gave the food back and they proceeded to take the food back and then come give me the same food! DISGUSTING!! I was so disturbed I went inside to get my money back, had to wait an additional five minutes just for them to say they had to get a manager and couldn’t find one. Just stood there waiting. In that time I watched two people in front of me who also had issues with their orders. This location is poorly managed. I will not be back.

Manager speaks and understands very little English and fries were cold. Asked for our drinks while waiting for food, manager said okay and she did not give me our 3 drinks. Food was handed to us. I again said, "May we get our drinks", she said "Ranch", and I said "No our drinks" and motioned drinking; she said "Oh" and have us our drinks.

I never leave reviews, especially at places like McDonalds, it's fast food and you kinda get what you get. However, avoid this McDonalds for sure! They were rude and refused to take my order because my work vehicle didn't fit through their drive thru and their dining room was closed. I asked if I could order online and then pick it up and the manager just shook her head. So I'm not sure what's going on here but I'd just avoid it.
