Not sure if I just went on the wrong day, or the cooks were not in the mood... But, the meat was tasteless and not "Authentic", the tortillas were blah(Like the Great Value brand), and the salsa was ok... This comes from someone that was born and raised in Mexico. I have had so many tacos from different parts of Mexico "In Mexico", and this place is neither authentic nor good. I have no idea on why this place has even 3 stars :( I just really despite when someone claims to have "Authentic" Mexican Food, when they really don't...

We needed a last minute food truck to feed 60 people, last minute. I called Jesse and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Food was amazing, super generous portions, and the service was more than we could ever ask for. I highly recommend these guys and look forward to having them back again soon!

I LOVE this food truck! It is delicious, the staff is friendly and did I mention the food is awesome! 😋 My wife and I split the tacos, a quesadilla and the mexifries and those churros! Tacos had just the right amount of crisp in the tortilla, meat was seasoned well and cooked well. Delicious. Quesadilla was surprisingly packed with goodness and also just the right amount of crisp. The mexifries are a home run every time. If I could only have one thing here it would be the mexifries. Churros are some of the best I've ever had. Well worth the money.

Crazy high price. Made food wrong. Would not remake even though he put lettuce on the burrito and it was not in the description. I go to the taqueria in Keller for 15 years and never had a bad experience. I came here because other place is closed on Mondays. I was highly disappointed after hearing this was surprisingly good. But, that was years ago and maybe a different truck. I also asked for chips when ordering and he said yes. Then after I got my food he said he never said yes and would not give me chips. Chips are free at the other taqueria! Besides being made wrong it was just a big mushy mess. No discerning between textures. I won’t go back.
