Texas Bleu

Came in for our first time on a Sunday for brunch and were very impressed with the quality and uniqueness of the entrees. My wife had the Tiramisu French Toast, which was decedent, and I had the Pork Schnitzel, which was tasty and filling. We didn't even get a chance to take a picture of the food, we devoured it so fast. For the quality of the food, the prices were extremely reasonable. The Executive Chef stopped by our table and we found him to be very personable and authentic. I also like that the kitchen is open, so you can see the food being made. Looking forward to coming back for dinner sometime!

We went to Texas Blue the day after Thanksgiving & Erica made me from scratch guacamole because they didn’t have ceviche & pork rinds ready for dinner. Heather at the bar was the best & had the kitchen make me a special gluten free desert. Talk about accommodating special diets, they are amazing!!! Thank you for a wonderful evening in the bar. By the way the steaks are the bomb for the price, you won’t be disappointed!

Came here Saturday night with my boyfriend. We made a reservation for around 7:15, but honestly it wasnt not fully packed when we came in. Got sat quickly, server came shortly after. I ordered a glass of wine, and even though it was one of the cheapest on the menu it still tasted very good. However, the I thought it was silly that they provide HUGE wine glasses yet still only pour you 1/4th of it. Umm what's the point? Anyhoo, the bread was served and wow it's hot and fresh! The whipped butter they served with it honestly tasted like somebody put sugar instead of salt in it, was not a fan. But the bread stood well on its own. Yum. For apps we ordered the aranchi blue crab risotto balls, and smoked tomato basil soup. Risotto balls were meh, wish they had a bit more flavor but were fried very well. Tomato soup was excellent! Lots of flavor, delicious croutons and shaved parmesan to finish. For entrees I got the herb roasted chicken with mild rushroo risotto. I was a bit dissapointed with the risotto, for such a fancy place they cant splurge and use arborio rice for the risotto? Cmon.....BUT the chicken, I mean WOW. Moist, juicy, best roasted chicken Ive ever had. Crunchy outside and tender tender i side. Forget the steak guys, order the chicken. Even my boyfriend who got the steak said hes going to order the chicken next time. So overall service was quick and attentive, just a few picks at the food. Would def switch out the wild mushroom risotto for something else next time but I sure hope they dont change anything with that chicken! Will be back, must try the dessert.

I can’t say or write enough great things about my experience at Texas Bleu! I hosted my daughter’s birthday dinner here. From my very first interaction with Heather was nothing short of amazing! She helped me plan the dinner gave me so many options and even rearranged the dinning area to accommodate the group! When we arrived they had even decorated for the holidays with a Christmas tree and all. It was beautiful! The wait staff, bartender, the chef I’m not kidding the whole crew was simply amazing!!! They accommodated our every request and went above and beyond to give the best service we have ever had! The prime rib was delicious as well as the creamiest macaroni and cheese I’ve ever had. It was a huge portion of food and it was delicious. My party of 25 all raved on how amazing the food and service was! This steakhouse is truly the best around. I highly recommend Texas Blue in Keller!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We came in and everything was so good. Our server was Ian, he is a great server, we highly recommend. He took very good care of us. He told us about some good wine and we ordered it. I would come back for the food, the atmosphere, and because Ian took such good care of us. Very caring of the customer. Steak is great, would highly recommend, as well as the lobster macaroni.
