Nice staff, employees were on their phones and took about 3 minutes to notice I was there but it was a busy Sunday

Excellent customer service this evening by the female worker. She took my order and made my drink. Tastes great! I had order #875. She runs this location like a well-oiled machine. Kudos! Coming back 👍🏻

A young gentleman was the only one working. He apparently had made the wrong order for the customer in front of me. When she asked if he could change it, he declined. She asked to speak to a manager and he said there was no one around that would help her. She then stated she would contact corporate to share her bad experience. The employee then started to curse the customer out multiple times. He was really rude and also not practicing appropriate social hygiene guidelines. He was making drinks and touching food all while not wearing his mask. Awful customer service. It literally made me walk away and not order anything.

I drive past 2 other Dunkin Donuts locations because this is my favorite. The wait is long, but worth it. During COVID-19 outbreak, I love the drive in option. The employees wear appropriate masks, gloves, and demonstrate adherence to safety protocols.

Loved the quality of food and drink, but this location needs more staff to better support rush hour. Other then that the staff are amazing with great customer service.

It's right up the street from where I live. I go often. They usually have the order correct. They also know it before I even say it lol.
