Subway

Been here dozens of times, and each time we get a "pretty good" experience. Food is usually fresh (at the level you'd expect from subway) and made the way we like. The one exception is with online orders - those are a tossup. Sometimes, it's exactly how you'd want it, and sometimes (presumably because you're not watching them make it) it's haphazardly thrown together with little care. I'd recommend ordering in person for the best experience.

I have been to this location several times now and have yet to have any issues with the staff, quality or freshness. In fact, they seem to always be properly staffed and hustling to get orders out in proper speed. Strangely enough, it seems the customers here tend to be more entitled and sensitive with their special sandwiches. They are probably the same people who need that extra soy in their lattes at Starbucks, and are sure to verify it does in fact have that double chai. One thing I dislike is the payment terminal asks for a tip. I would much rather pay a bit more, than to tip for a fast food takeout order.

Soooo good!!! I came here yesterday with one of my daughters for lunch, the food was so good I brought my other two kids for dinner. There is a guy there who used to manage a Subway in Times Square NY he’s amazing! I had to come back today so in two days Subway got me three times lol. (I had a meatball sub toasted it was hot and the guy who made my sandwich suggested me really good extras) and the little lady he works with is so sweet. All in all Customer Service A++, food was just as good and the service and this place is kah-leen lol Subway don’t let who ever works the 2:50pm shift go I came back because of your people they are gems. Sincerely a very satisfied customer 😋

This review is specifically for Elizabeth and Kat! Y’all are absolutely amazing and make great sandwiches every time. This location is by far one of the best in the area, and it’s because of Elizabeth and Kat… they are always accommodating and have the best customer service. Thank you for a great experience, I’ll be back!

This location has come a long way. It used to be terrible food put together half hazardly and the customer service was terrible. I stopped going for many months because of it. However, I started going back about a month ago and have been several times since and I must say its done a 180. New staff who care about their job, the management has started ordering product better so they aren't out of things all the time the way they used to be. And the most important thing is the sandwiches are great! Awesome job to them!
