Felt bad for the servers. I think they were short staffed on cooks, and the wait for food was 1 hour. The servers were doing their best and running around like crazy.

They were short staffed and the person serving us was wearing many hats yet still attentive and fulfilled our requests. Some of the food was cold and Colorado omelets was not made as I was used to it. All in all, I believe they tried their best.

In recent months, we have changed visiting Dennis for I hope. I based the decision on the lower and lower standards offered by Dennis. We have seen IHOP in Houston, Ennis, Dallas, Denton, Ardmore Oklahoma, Moore Oklahoma, and Oklahoma city. One thing that has caught my attention is a uniformity of the food.
Regarding this location in Katy, Texas, we were amazed by the attention given to us by the server on site at the time my wife and I visited the restaurant.
David is pleasant and genuinely an individual with the people skills to turn a moment into a nice and cordial meal-time.
The place was clean and the tables, floor and restrooms were very decent, even considering the time of our visit. An amazing experience. Go IHOP!

My wife’s first time at IHOP. Service was great. Food was on point. Bonus points for opening late.

Terrible experience today. The chicken & waffles came out. I asked why the strips were so dark, waitress asked the kitchen and was told the oil is OLD!!! Also, wife's food came out cold. No standards!!!

The server name Amal has excellent service! Always check on our table to see if we need anything. She’s very attentive that even I didn’t mention to have a water without ice for my little one, she brought the water without ice. Small action impress me and brought my attention that she is working with her heart. Will definitely come back next time.

VEGETARIAN OPTION (my fav order) - Spinach & Cheese Omelette, side or hash browns, side of bread toast, Short stack of pancakes (3 pancakes). This meal is good for a family of 3 or even 4.

was their hair on the table? yes. was our waiter a little weird? yes. did i probably contract 6 different std’s while in the restroom? yes. did i step outside and see the biggest cockroach i have literally ever seen in my life?? also yes. but while i was there my waiter kept us thoroughly entertained. my friends and i had a really great time and really enjoyed the flavored lemonades.

This is exclusively for the waitress who helped me. Well-mannered and really did a great job despite the atmosphere, which was largely due to an untrained staff. Thankfully, the plates, forks, and spoons were clean, and the food was great. I tipped the waitress a fat 25% to encourage the good work
