Should be NO STARS! Ordered 5 PC original recipe, 4 tenders, corn, mac & cheese and lemon cake. I had a 5 minute wait on tenders. Got home and chicken was old and burnt, no corn, no mac & cheese, no lemon cake. Called store and was told to come back W/receipt and would replace. Went back the next day, at 550pm and waited 34 minutes for 5 pieces of original chicken. The MOD was slow and unaccomodating. When I questioned how much longer (after 20 minutes of waiting) while talking to her, she answered her cell phone and walked away. No excuse me or anything. When I finally did get my food, the MOD didn't even bring it to me, shee had a worker bring it. Totally unacceptable all the way around. 2 days in a row. Bad service and poor food, they have no sense of customer service or urgency. Why have customers waiting 30+ minutes (I was 1 of 5 customers with order issues), and then a customer came in, waited at the counter for a good 7-10 minutes and walked out, because no one came to take his order! I have a food service background, as well as customer service. This was my 4th time attempting to patronize this location. The 3 times before they were out of chicken with a 20 minute wait and I always left. Should have done the same this time!

Today's experience with my order was not at all good. The mash potatoes were old the green beans tasted like they were days old and biscuits were so hard i couldn't bit into it. And worse of all the original chicken was brunt and very dark and crunchy.
I am very disappointed with my vist today. My ticket # 3945 my cashier's name on my ticket is Angel.
Order placed at 5:59pm. And lastly there was there was a sign get a free chocolate cake with10pc meal when asked about it
I was told the promotion was over but they just hadn't took the sign down yet.

I literally just showed up and upon arrival I was immediately greeted with "Hello how can I help you? By the way we are completely out of Chicken Strips & Mashed Potatoes and Gravy. Im sorry" - okay well I began to ask about them having drumsticks instead, I was then told "We are out of drumsticks as well. Im sorry".
Honestly why is this place even still in business? Where is the manager who handles inventory? This place needs to go out of business if they cannot even supply customers with the most basic & requested stuff. Very disappointing and very ridiculous. The staff really need to learn how to run a business. Do not expect anything more than minimum wage with service like that.
I will NOT come back. Ever. Thanks!!!

This is probably the worst KFC location I've been to. I'm still giving it 2 stars because the food itself is good. What I don't appreciate is walking 10 minutes from my apartment just to get food and the lobby is closed and the doors are locked for no apparent reason. This has happened more than once. The business hours state that they close at 9. I have seen the doors locked as early as 6. There was one day where the lobby was closed all day without explanation. This location is in a lower income area, I would assume they would want to cater to people who don't have cars and can't go through the drive through. It's ridiculous. Either stay open until the posted time or change the business hours. I didn't appreciate walking back home in the snow empty handed a few weeks ago.

Sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes for my order in drive through. Then they used 2 chicken strips on the crispy colonel sandwiches. They didn't bother to tell me it would take that long or that they were out of the chicken for the sandwiches.

Awful service, went through the drive thru at 329pm. The girl taking the order was rude and short. We decided not to order. As we pulled off the girl in the drive thru with long black weave flipped us off. My 8yo saw this. I attempted to call the manager to report this and the phone rings without answer. I'll call corporate!

Always a wait on something. Ask for one thing and they pretty much just give you whatever they want or something similar to what you ordered. Just asked for a $5 chicken sandwich fill up box, they told me I’d have to wait about 4 minutes, no problem. Waited about 15-20 and got 2 of their lil $1 chicken strip sandwich, no cookie, dry fries... ON TOP of that i got asked to make a donation (for a coupon book) and they said we could donate $5 or $10 ... I donated $5 and had to walk up to the window after not having a coupon book (why was the lobby closed at 6:30pm??) when I asked for my coupon book the lady was confused and asked if I donated a dollar ... I said no I donated $5 ? She hands me 5 coupon books. YOURE TELLING ME I ONLY HAD TO DONATE $1 ? They hustled me, gave me the wrong food, made me wait 15 minutes & they didn’t give me a receipt so I’m pretty sure they overcharged me . (Paid $15)

Ordered 5 piece tender meal. Waited more than 10 min for my food, when ordering I asked what type of sauce they have (because it was not offered) I was told "what kind do you want n I will tell you if we have it", I requested a sweet and spicy sauce, was told they have it but did not get it, ordered both sides as mashed potatoes, recieved a mashed potato side and a cole slaw side, I was told that they would bring my drink out to my car while I waited. They didn't bring it and even when they finally brought my food the man did not have it and had to go back into the restaurant to get it. Smh...
