Tried again. Ordered a taco salad and they didnt give me chili. He insisted he put it on the side but all I got was salsa, no chili. Verified on line that it still supposed to have chili. Went back to counter, he insisted he put it in a little cup on side but it was never put on my tray. I won't order another one. Update still only a 1. They forgot both a pop order and chocolate frosty. Chili was very cold. No one looks happy working here. I have trusted them for gluten free fries. A few years ago I was told chicken wasn't cooked with fries like they are now. Used to have an allergen poster that showed fries wheat free but now web says their fries are contaminated. Don't expect to be back to this location. Photo of plain salad sold as taco salad. Previous reviews were always 5 but not today. Tables are dirty. In the past they were always fast with cleaning tables. Now with covid, haven't seen them clean one since we got here. Cards are left from one customer to another saying table has been sanitized. Not! First they forgot my frostys then I had to back to ask for the fried they forgot. Didn't give cup for water. Good thing I didn't take my order and go. Hanburger had two top buns. Feel bad for who ever got two bottoms.

I went through drive thru and had ordered the baconator and 2 double bourbon cheeseburgers, after getting back to my job opened the burger and it was not the bourbon burger and it looked like the cheese was vomit and it smelt bad. So went back to the store to get it remade, and then it was made wrong again within 10mins. I had ordered doubles and now I had received singles. So I called the store and they said they could not do anything but if I came back for a 3rd time that a manager would make my sandwiches so they would be made right. Wouldn’t you think that the first time or even the second time it’d be made right. It was upsetting that they just said they couldn’t do anything. Poor customer service.

So happy I ordered some chili and nuggs. 2 of the 3 staff members immediately behind the counter were wandering aimlessly. It still took 10 minutes from the time I walked through the door. Plan your visit with low expectations and you may be surprised. The dining room was clean, staff disheveled and the food was ok.
