Last week we took the slow sourdough bread to have with our Cajun gumbo. This week we took the baguette for our “Le Procope” french onion soup. If you’re looking for an authentic “French” bread come here! They are the only one in the state with an authentic French oven to make authentic French bread right here in Kalispell, MT!!!

Everything I tried was delicious. The palmier, raspberry almond crostata, huckleberry buns, and the cold brew latte (I got with lavender flavor) were all great pick-me-ups for when you're craving dessert or just feeling peckish. Would definitely try more from them the next time I find myself in Montana!

Delicious sweet potato sticky bun. this is such a wonderful bakery and they were so nice to let me hang out even after they were closed

The Good:
I had their pre-made turkey pesto sandwich and WOW that thing was good. used some sort of rosemary focaccia style bread for the sandwich. Kinda reminded me of muffaletta style bread in a way... anyway the sandwich was amazing and their iced espresso drinks (i got an IVL) were good.
The Bad:
I didn't like their croissants but croissants are hard to master so that's why i didn't give them 5/5 stars. The insides didn't have that chewy layery goodness that explodes with pockets of air gluten with every bite. Crust was flaky but inside was just like regular bread.

My mom's favorite coffee shop. Very nice place. Good atmosphere, fantastic baked goods.

This was our first visit in and we tried two different espresso drinks, a muffin and a ham/cheese croissant- they were divine ! The staff had everything well stocked and kept up with the busy line with a fast checkout! If you are nearby we highly recommend stopping in !

The best coffee in Kalispell hands down, I come here all the time for coffee, treats and fresh bread. I recently had to give up dairy and their oat milk latte is making it much easier! And I'm from NZ so I know good coffee.
