The touch screen is ineffective and somehow messed up our whole order when I know what we clicked. We couldn’t go inside for whatever reason and then had to tell them to use the coupons separately because they had the doors locked. They made us a meatball sandwich is veggies… how would I click that, when they tried to show us the receipt stating so. I know I didn’t click my turkey sandwhich with just tomato and meat? Doesn’t make sense! I got a drink with light ice or melted I guess? Definitely didn’t add that as I wouldn’t get light ice either. Update: Jan. 15 went to go in and they said the wait for bread was 25min and I could only get a flatbread or salad???

I ordered through drive through. Why should I receive lesser quality made sandwich because I did? It was early afternoon so the ingredients still should have been fresh. I didn’t toast my bread because I wanted nice soft bread.. NOPE, you would have thought I asked for it to be toasted twice. Asked for lettuce, got brown hard pieces. Pickles, stem still on and the olives were just clumped. I know the challenges of food service, but I wouldn’t give a customer something I wouldn’t find appealing

I put in an online order, and drove to the store when my app said it was ready (only 3 minutes away).... I got there and waited 20 minutes in the drive through line to pick it up (dining area was closed, but I didn’t know that). When I finally got to the window, they told me they hadn’t even started it. By the time I got my order, it had been almost an hour since I had ordered and paid for it, and I had been at the store for 35 minutes, and that was after my app said it was ready..... VERY frustrating with two toddlers waiting for dinner!

We went there right after the big Rainstorm on the 15. Dec. There was one Lady all on her own, which I assume, was the Manager. With a huge long line behind us, she got our 3 people order just right! And all that while worrying about her Mom & workers, wondering if they are all okay, with more storm to come! Thank You so much for sticking it out & serving a community, without power & water!

I like there unchopped salads, but I specifically have to ask for it not to be chopped everytime because if I don't it is literal mush. Yall need to cut it like once or twice and stop or just don't chop it at all or at least ask people if they want it chopped. I'd also like to point out how rude some of the employees are. I asked at the window for it to be chopped and they made it before I paid which I feel like yall should confirm how people want it made and the order in general beforehand, but the one employee gave me a disgusted look and I just told him nevermind.

Sharita and Crystal were the best! Came through with my friend and his family on the way to Colorado for a quick snack, and got a treat instead! The food was great and they were both a joy to talk to. I mentioned I didn't want any meat or cheese and they offered a veggie patty I had no idea was even offered, and it was great! Those two were phenomenal to meet!
