Everything was delicious! Fast friendly service! Thee strawberry lemonade was amazing! And Ashley our waitress was exceptional

Need more experienced waitresses and better connection to the kitchen (cooks). Are large party of 12, waited for over an hour and two other tables were served before us.in addition most orders were wrong. Needs better communication. Used to love this place when my kids were young.

We went on father's day for breakfast. Have had their breakfast before and it's always been good. They r always a little slow but today was the worst. Over an HR wait and all out food was burnt. And to make it even better one of the cooks came out and sat w one of his friends and hung out rather than working. Then he want out side in the phone and hung out out their. We were all very upset to pay almost 60$ and wait literally over an hour for burnt pancakes. 🤨

We waited 10 mins on a slow day to be seated. They were about to seat people that arrived after us before us but on top of that our order took so long that a table that had ordered a long time after us got their food before us. No one asked if we wanted refills on our drinks. The only thing Friendly's took care or quickly was taking our money only waited 2 mins before they noticed we were ready to pay

Meaghan was our waitress and she was absolutely wonderful!! So patient and kind to both my boys, one with a sensory processing disorder. Best service we have ever had!!

Food good not great, good drama in the kitchen. you can hear it from the dining area since they don't put any music on. Long wait. But friendly service nonetheless. It's friendlys after all.

When we got there we were the only people in the side room. After a while a few people arrived, sat down, and ordered. We were there for an hour and a half while people went in and out. When we finally got our food our orders were messed up and the fries were cold. When I went into the bathroom the floors were very sticky and there was urine on the toilet and floor. 1/5 stars I used to love dining here, now I’d rather get food somewhere else.

Deliciously made food we did not have to wait awhile for our food to come! our waitress Kaitlyn was a very welcoming and great waitress! thank you. 10/10 recommend!
