Dunkin'

Me and my wife came to Dunkin donuts and had a bit of a mess up with payments based on cash app and bills being taken out at odd moments. Thankfully they allowed us to find a way to pay and one employee even offered to help. As a sign of respect and for a huge shout out. I told them that I will give them a good review and a big thank you. For all my friends and fans reading this, I know you guys always max out areas and give huge support .Good lookin Dunkin.Much Love. We ordered a 50 PC munchkin and a wake up roll with a grilled cheese sandwich.

I go to a lot of Dunkin Donutses (Dunkin Doni?) and I always get the hash browns because they’re the perfect little treat for me when I’ve been a good boy or need a little pick me up. They’re usually hit or miss though. Often very undercooked and soggy and stick to the bag. Not at the Dunkin on Scalp Avenue. Every time I come here, they’re perfect. Just look at that crispy tot.

Its hit or miss. Depending on who is working you will either get fast service with a smile or ignored. Also, they keep delivery orders behind the counter so you have to wait for an employee to be free to give it to you but regular mobile orders are left out in the open to be grabbed freely. Makes no sense and slows delivery down.

Slow staff. Ordered donuts and black coffee, got donuts immediately but had to wait 15 mins for black coffee that was already brewed just needed poured. I had to wait for a slew of other app orders to be made instead of having my coffee made.... a simple drink with a person who was standing there waiting. Doesn't make much sense. Also they raises the price of a dozen donuts to 12.99 which is not posted on the menu board. Geez.

Hello everyone; :) This is Exo Growl's new review page. My last one was lost after I got a new phone sadly. Though I was here at Dunkin donuts and my wife and I were having an issue with payment. Thankfully they waited for us and let us find a way to pay for our food and even tried to help us out. I thank them both on this Sunday afternoon. Make sure to give them a warm welcome everyone. Today me and my friend went to the scalp avenue Dunkin donuts at 1439 scalp Ave and we placed a mobile order we waited about 15 mins in line and when we got to the window they told us that they didn't have our order and that it didn't exist the manager came to the window and said there was nothing he could do my order wasn't there even tho I was trying to show him proof on my phone well after 5 mins of him arguing with me we pulled out of line I pulled up my recent transaction history and went to go back inside and he had my order sitting there and just laughed and handed me my order with no apology or Anything.. I placed my order at 7:22 am on 6/16/22 thank you hopefully something is done about this.. he was very unprofessional and it was a horrible experience him not trying to give us our order after we paid it would of been different if I would of gotten a apology
