Panera Bread

Jackie and Megan and staff were awesome. We came in not realizing they were getting ready to close momentarily. We started to leave but were called back and told it was fine they would be happy to take our order. So gracious and kind! Much appreciated on our way back to MN in the middle of our long road trip home. Thanks for the outstanding service!

I Always enjoy going to paneras they have wonderful pastries. Also the are you can drink coffee is delicious and I am appreciate that they change out the coffee regularly to have fresh hot coffee available. Also the staff appeared to be very nice and provided information when asked questions. Additionally the place was clean and appeared well organized the tables were cleaned and appeared that they were kept wipe down. Also the presentation of all the food that was behind where the cash register or the bakery component is was all well presented.

If 0 stars was an option, I would have to chose that. After a late work meeting I came to this location half an hour before close, to simply get a bowl of soup to go. The 4 staff were vacuuming and mopping around us and I waited an additional 4-5 minutes before someone came over to help me and my coworker. Instantly the employee was rude and cussing about us being there “5 minutes before close” and I kindly said I believe it’s still about 20 minutes to close. I asked for a bread bowl and she said they wouldn’t get/make me one because it’s too late so I just got plain soup. This lady was very unprofessional and rude and cussing to us and the other staff (in front of us). Just because we came in late. We did get the food and leave well before closing time. Food was fine, customer service was very poor and employees were careless and unprofessional unfortunately. No name tags and couldn’t get a name. Will not be returning.
