Burger King

It’s Burger King you pretty much know what to expect! :-) Sometimes if you’re lucky you’ll hit it real good and everything will be nice and fresh and hot if you were unlucky it’ll be cold and soggy. The only thing that’s a little annoying. I like using technology and I order through the BK app. I even have my Apple Pay assigned to it so all I do is have to click the button twice to purchase. I know you’re impressed.. You can customize each sandwich I press the minus button to no pickles…. When my order came despite technology.. Loaded with pickles more pickles then I’ve ever seen placed in a whopper! Also my food wasn’t very hot it wasn’t even lukewarm. weird…. so the technology is pretty impressive but I guess the humans have to be replaced by robots

The store manager has horrible customer service and was very rude not only to myself but the workers. I came in the day after a snow storm and over herd him try and force a minor to shovel in super cold weather which wasn’t his job. I also over heard him fire the young man for defending himself and telling him it wasn’t his job to shovel in such cold weather. Disgusted! Would never go there again or recommend anyone to as long as that store manger is there!

If I could put 0 I would co workers and manager are extremely rude and unprofessional they don’t care about customer satisfaction lots of yellling and talking bad on the customers after they leave food was cold and mostly pink would never step a foot in this bk again definitely worth the drive to Warwick west shore I drive there and I’m 30 minutes away everything taste fresh just a little salty sometimes

I was a last minute customer last night. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger no pickles and a cherry coke light ice. I got extra pickles in my sandwich and a full cup of ice. Being incredibly immature and childish because you don't like dealing with a customer who pulls up to the driveway 10 minutes before closing shows a lack of accountability and training from the supervisors at the location. I sincerely hope this is addressed by management and ownership.
