Tender bbq pork boneless spare ribs. Their bbq pork boneless spare ribs is delicious. It’s really tender instead of tough and chewy like most places. The flavor is pretty good as well I wish it had a little bit more to linger. Overall, red ginger has a modernized system on taking orders and executing them. I placed an order online for pick up and it was seamless The location of a restaurant will have an effect on their prices because of their customer pool. So some folks will consider it high.

We decided to stop in here on the way home from church Easter Sunday. Service was excellent, we were well taken care of, bathroom was nice and clean, looked like it was recently updated as it was very stylish. But best of all was the food, it was delicious! I had the “Triple Delight”, it was a hefty serving and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back to this restaurant soon! I’m glad we didn’t read the negative reviews before going, we would’ve missed out on a delicious meal!

Usually have no problems with this place but the lady was very rude taking my order today, then come to find out while trying to enjoy my food, a FLY was in it. Absolutely horrifying. I don't know what kind of food safety procedures they follow, cause apparently there isn't any!!!!!!! This is probably the most disgusting experience I've ever had with any chinese food place and it's a shame cause it used to be a good place, now it's just dreadful. Will never come here again!!!!!

On NYE I placed an order using their website which gave me a pick up estimate for 5:15PM but never got a notice that the food was ready to be picked up so I started calling- when I finally got through at 630PM I could hear a busy restaurant and the woman who answered said only her manager handled online orders, he would call me call back because he was on the phone with another customer. At 9:30 PM he called saying my food was ready 30 mins ago and 😳 I told him I’d placed that order hours ago and had cooked a meal for my family instead since they didn’t come through. His response was that their messages go through an answering service and he never got the message that I called… not an apology or even an offer to deliver it? I was super glad I had opted to pay in-person instead of paying online. I was really annoyed but after reading these reviews I feel we probably dodged a bullet!
