I'm a Taco Bell glutton and always give glowing reviews but the food today was especially good. The store was immaculate and the staff very friendly.
The packet station was reminiscent of "Sleeping With the Enemy" and I loved it.

Great service at this Taco Bell location. After the rebuild, I really enjoy the new drive thru ordering sign/menu. It allows you to see what is keyed in for your order. Nothing better than a party pack of crunchy tacos after 11 PM!

This is my favorite local Taco Bell. The management must be doing something right because I literally haven't had food that isn't fresh there, ever. The tortillas are super soft and every time it's made very well. They don't skimp on ingredients either. I wish I could give them more stars.

Always a good experience at this Taco Bell location. Orders have been correct, food is hot and they don't skim on ingredients. Thumbs up!

So 5 days later (see my first review below).. once again ordered, tacos (5 this time) ordered extra cheese and there is NO EXTRA CHEESE on ANY of the tacos. How yall gonna charge people extra money for extra toppings, and do not provide😒

Ordered extra cheese on my 3 taco supremes.. they gave me NO extra cheese.. when I PAID extra money for extra cheese. Get it together, Taco Bell.

My only problem.....
I placed an order and asked for unsweet tea.
Drove to the window to pay and pick up my order and asked the drive thru window person to please make sure it is unsweet tea. He said sure. As im driving off. I take a sip. Behold. Sweet tea. When these idiots start making $15 an hour. Where will start wearing there mistakes.

This taco bell has kiosks and walk up ordering. They give you your cup, even if you use the kiosk, so that you can fill it up while waiting for your order.
They have sauces, utensils and everything else out for you to grab yourself.

The best customer service I have personally ever had. I had ordered ahead on my phone went to pick it up, got home and my boxes were all out of sort, plus they forgot one of the boxes. I drove back and took my food inside I spoke to a gentlemen named John and another female who I didn't catch there name. They were so nice. They remade our entire order. They were pleasant and didn't complain once for doing it. I thanked them so much! That's how customer service should be. Good job on the awesome customer service.
