Burger King

I placed an order at 8:51 online, arrived at the restaurant at 9:00 and had to wait in line for 10 minutes because they were busy. When I told them I had placed an online order they told me to pull around. I waited for 40 minutes and was told they didn't get my order even though I could show them the order confirmation and the fact that I was charged for it. After another 15 minutes of waiting they finally had my order ready. My sandwich was cold and 2 of the chicken nuggets orders were cold. I would definitely not recommend this place.

I went to Burger King at about 1:30 Saturday the 4th of June. I order some food and when the order that was being taken Patronia was taking. She read my order back almost correctly but one burger was wrong. I told her what I ordered and she argued with me over what I ordered. I know what I ordered because it was what I was eating duhhh!! She told me to pull forward and I did when she saw who it was she deleted half my order and then I didn't even get my whole order. I went inside and paid for the other stuff and their was arguing about me already getting a burger when all they had to do was read the screen and they would have seen I paid for another one since it was deleted. Because I used to work there I know it's not that hard and I didn't deserve the NASTY DISRESPECT!!! You have nasty disrespectful people working there and the more they are nasty to people the less customers your gonna have!! It's sad to see how burger king has gone down the drain!!

I had one horrible visits to jasper Texas Burger King, I went through the drive thru and the lady employee that took my order was extremely rude, she did not have any hospitality skills at all. After arriving at the window to get my order I ask the employee to speak to the manager and the same lady that took my order was the manager and the employee was even more rude than ever when I got to the window it’s sad that Burger King has to settle for so call employees such as this on top of this our food was horrible my gradughters nuggets were cold and stale so sad

JASPER TX STORE.. Very very bad service. They are really rude at the speaker, like what do you want? And not in a helpful way. They want to take your money and have you pull up to get off the sensor and camera, that way that don't get in trouble for being so slow. If you don't want to pull and wait their way to trick the company to make it seem like they are doing their job right, the manager comes up to to window getting loud and tells you to pull up. I drove off and won't be going back till all management and staff are running it. Place is a sad reminder of what Burger King once was.

Young black girl wearing glasses in the drive thru has a horrible attitude around 4:30 pm on Thursday 1/13/22. She was so bad talking trash and being rude to my family that we decided to not pay for our food and just left since she wouldn't let me talk to her manager. I was polite the whole time to be a good example to my 13 yr old daughter sitting in the front seat. It's this kind of treatment that brings down everyone on the crew/teams franchise and kills the morale and damages the brand and image of the company. Some people have bad/off days and bounce back and some just don't belong in the customer service industry. She is in dire need of re-training before she becomes a major liability. Sorry kids, no whoppers tonight we are off to dairy queen this evening.

I’m from Louisiana and I deliver for Hibbetts. I decided to eat something different because I always eat in Jasper and I was tired of Churches chicken so I grabbed me some Burger King. The staff was nice and friendly and the burger was cooked to perfection. Over all they get a 10 out of 10 in my book especially because of how clean it was when I went there
