Taco Bell

I have eaten at Taco Bell's all over. We moved to Texas about 2 years ago and found this one in Jasper, and I must that this is the best hands down Taco Bell I have ever been to. In 2 years they have been the most consistent in preparing every meal. I mean, you get something of everything in every bite of your meal. They are the closest burritos or tacos that I have ever seen that looks like the picture on the wall. For 2 years their employees have been so kind caring and considerate. They always welcome you with a huge smile and a very happy attitude as if they enjoy their jobs. Even the people who work in the back you can hear them just happy. Thank you to the manager for being able to filter out good people from bad because you do a really good job at hiring and running that store.

I want to say "Thank You" to the folks that work at Jasper Taco Bell. I go to several drive through fast food places in Jasper and most of the people absolutely sound and act like they hate their jobs. EVERYTIME I go to our Taco Bell drive through you are ALL very friendly and curtious. I want ALL to know how much a friendly, smiling face means to people in today's world. Thank you for your smile. Oh and I have had no problem with the food. Have a Great Day....

Food was burned, no napkins, and when we asked if there was sauce in the bag the woman straight lied to our faces and said yes. There was not, just for me to drive out of town because I don’t live in Jasper and start eating burned food I couldn’t even put sauce on, and no napkins to wipe the grease of my hand and face. And her attitude in the drive through was absolutely disrespectful. If you don’t like your job go find another one, don’t take it out on your customers!

Everything seemed clean there the employees were nice and the most impressive is the food was served hot all the ways that you want it whenever you go to get drive-thru and it never comes out that way that's the way we had it when we went today it was a good experience and I hope the next time I go it's just as good

I went earlier this evening, 4:50pm. The service was lacking hospitality. "Pull forward" not "Here's your total ma'am, please pull forward". They werent busy. So I was giving her the benefit of the doubt but she continued to be short. Order was missing food and it all tasted awful, the queso chulpa thing was nasty and looked nothing like the commercials. It was hard to bite into and rip in half. Cheese was burnt and the tortillas were hard and soggy in different areas. I'm posting this review now because I'm currently throwing up their food and my daughter is having diarrhea.
