Driving back home around midnight & we got hungry. Pulled into Whataburger in Jasper, TX cos it’s 24hrs! Lifesaver! 😅 We’re sort of new in this area.
We had to wait almost 45 mins total for our food including placing the order. But was worth it.
Ordered a bfast sandwich & a chicken sandwich (#10) - our food was piping hot! Taste was good.
Great place. Great service!

No management going on here. 25 minutes for one grilled chicken sandwich. At least 6 teenagers standing around. No one seemed to have an assigned station, rather, visiting and one playing on phone (with her sanitary gloves) then handling food. All were personnel were nice. But simply slow, non-productive Anyone at cooperate reading this and the many other reviews just like mine?

Absolutely garbage. I went at the slowest time and my burger tasted like it had been cooked the day before. I ordered the number 2 with cheese and sunbed a shake for the drink and it was $20.00 and they STILL got my order wrong. Nobody takes pride in their work anymore.

45 minutes into it and still waiting inside. If ya go during lunch they focus on drive thru. Too many of the crew standing around. No teamwork to expedite a rush. 1 basket going in fryer. Not sure if a Manager is even handling the team. No evidence anyway.

Jasper Whataburger definitely shouldn't be the poster child for all Whataburgers!
Slowest fast food place ever. We just waited 40min for two burgers and fries. The food was ok and the workers were fine but extremely slow and seems like they don't have another speed. Don't go there if you need to be anywhere in a timely fashion.

Pulled into this place around 1am pulling a trailer. They told me to pull around and come to the side door to order. Not only did they take my order. My food was hot and just the way I ordered it. The manager was nice as can be. Thanks

Ok where do I start with this mess of a Whataburger. First let me say I really like Whataburgers and this is one of the few I have been disappointed in. We ordered two burgers and a side of hashbrowns. Time to table was 34 minutes. Some of the food was so overcooked it was not edible. I will say the employees were nice but they all looked clueless and moved at a snails pace. I would advise everyone to find a different place to pick up a burger.

Biscuits and sausage gravy. Definitely doesn't taste like homemade, but really good! I love what a burger food. Huge portions and delicious!
