Hardee's

For a simple breakfast in drive through line FOREVER. 30 minutes? One waiting 3 in line. One pulled off. Cmon, this isn’t hard. Sausage and biscuit. Do it everyday at home. Pour coffee. People pulling off. Management team, you can do better. Or pay better! I just had to Pull out a go to McDees. Out in 6 minutes.

This place sucks bad I tried to call the number listed for contact and it was out of order the food was wrong everything was wrong and the worker at the front is very rude all of them need fired and replaced mushroom swiss? Where is the swiss? Ham and swiss but where did that bacon come from ? We found 4 bits of bacon what ?????

The location was closed on the inside. So used drive tru. Paid and was told to pull forward. No other cars were behind us. After 15 minutes we backed up and knocked on the window and asked if we could get our food wondering what was going on. The curly haired young man said “I don’t know where your food is fool” and when my husband said “did you just call me fool?” The young man said “naw I called you folk I just got here I’ll go get someone before you get yourself in trouble” what does that even mean? A treat? NO ONE EVER CAME BACK TO THE WINDOW. Essentially stealing from us since we already paid. Oddly enough a cop was pulling trough and he was able to go get our money back since no one would come to the window for us. The cop said they told him their grill went down that’s why we couldn’t get our food. If that was the case then they should have came and told us and offered to give us our money back if they couldn’t provide the food. Absolutely the worst experience in fast food I’ve ever experienced. When I tried calling the number for this location, it’s like it was off the hook and unavailable.

I was told to pull forward away from the window while I waited for my food. This really creeped me out. What did they want to do to my food that they didn't want me to see from the window!? I was later told that the store manager told the drive through workers to make everyone pull forward off of the drive through timer to deceive the district manager, who was unhappy about drive through wait times. Someone should let the district manager know what this store manager is doing. It really creeps me out when the people preparing my food do something unusual to make me not see what they are doing to it.

This place is ridiculous. Waited for ever for a Chili dog and when I got it the bun was hard as a rock. I brought back to the front counter and stood there 5 minutes before anyone came to me. They were not even busy at the time. I waited another 10 minutes for my new chili dog and when I got it the chili was cold as ice. What a joke!
