Hardee's

The new Roast Beef sandwich has a hint of sweet to it from the bun, but not too sweet. It is fantastic. If you like Arby's you'll most likely enjoy this sandwich. As far as this particular store goes, they are hardly ever busy after 1:30pm, so you will almost always have to wait for your order. But, it will be fresh and hot so if you know there's a wait going in, it is worth it. Staff is friendly and courteous. If they had better fries, or if they had repaired the glass from the "parking incident" nearly 2 years ago, they would get 5 stars.

We dined at 6:30 on a Friday evening. The service was good and the food tasted good and was fresh. The store looked clean, but it was very much in disrepair. The ceiling was spotted from many leaks, a table area (there was no table there) was sectioned off with caution tape and large hole was in the floor. The door leading in the store was plywood and black construction plastic. I know someone drove into the store front months ago, but it should have been repaired by now. If it is Hardee's owned, they should be ashamed of the upkeep. If it is a franchise, they need to put some money into renovations. I won't be back until I see the door has been repaired.

We had to say "hello" into the intercom just for them to take our order, then they took at least ten minutes to give it to us at the window. Also when we drove up to the window we had to repeat our order four times. Two people in front of us drove off and another parked and went inside to get her food.
