Mcdonald's

The food is good and the prices are, too. They often mess up orders, and no one seems to know how to cook a Quarter Pounder, but as an employee there, we work very hard. We do the best we can. And no one's perfect, so we need to give grace. If you just ask nicely, we'll correct it, no receipt necessary. Unfortunately, there are people who request ludicrous things that they didn't order on purpose to get free food, therefore making the situation harder than it needs to be. We are also short-staffed, so please be kind and courteous to the people at the speaker, the pay window, the food window, and anyone else you may come in contact with. It disgusts me how many people come through the drive thru that act like we're not even people, like we're simply outlets that enable them to get what they want. Anyway, employees are generally friendly. If they act like they don't know what you're talking about, it's probably because they truly don't, or they're wanting to clarify that they understand the situation by asking questions. Orders can and do get mixed up, so please be patient with us. The more understanding you are, the easier it is on us. And yes, we alert the rest of the employees when there's a difficult customer approaching :)

What can I say about McDonald's? There is a reason that it's one of the highest ranked franchises out there..The food is addictive, and there is always a McDonald's close to you, anywhere you go! I do miss the old days, when they would run the 29 cent hamburgers, and 39 cent cheeseburgers...but I guess those days are long gone...although..it's hard to beat their dollar menu! 5 stars!

I just went 4/13 at 7 pm. Had a decent size order it was $26.00. I orders normal stuff (no special burgers or chicken). They asked me to pull up.... The cat in front of me was asked to pull up an there were no cars behind me. When I looked in 2 workers were just standing there. I ordered 5 drinks in total... They give us no straws. The food was warm. The fries were frigid. Absolutely terrible. We drive from clarkrange. Next time I won just go to crossville
