The best Dunkin’ on the island! I am a very frequent customer to various Dunkin’s across LI and this one has been the most consistent in not only making my drink quickly, but making it the right way. Highly reccomend this location! Thank you Jamesport Dunkin’ :)

Went to Jamesport, LI Dunkin Donuts this morning to get a box of coffee and donuts for the Staff. There was a very nice guy who helped me (should have asked for his name). I asked for cups, sugar and cream; no problem. Asked for napkins; no problem. Changed order and asked for donuts and bagels; no problem. Asked for the bagels to be cut in half with butter on the side; no problem. Fantastic customer service with a smile and a have a good day!!!

I like this place because can you get you coffee really quick don't has to wait to much and they make nice 🍩 🍩

Just go to the Riverhead location. I once found tin foil in my drink, and a few overcooked sanwiches. I love Dunkin, but I avoid the Jamesport location and only go to the Riverhead one

Sometimes you need coffee, and they had what I needed. It's a nice new shop with seating and nice little area to relax over a cup of coffee and perhaps a donut.

Staff is always so friendly and they make your coffee exactly how it should be! I have never been disappointed

Staff is super friendly. All experiences so far (and due to my coffee addiction and proximity to my parents’ house there have been many) have been good. The staff is now settled in so I think that some of the growing pains mentioned in other reviews would most likely have been worked out. If not, let the manager know and I’m sure it will be addressed.
