Roach in my “chopped salad”. First off my CHOPPED salad was made incorrectly so I was reaching out to notify them on that. SO not only was I disappointed with that but I see a baby roach crawling inside my “salad” I’ve never had ANY issues ordering food on UBER EATS. BUT SUBWAY THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

Don’t go here. I placed an order on Seamless/Grubhub and the delivery guy never delivered the order, so I canceled it and reordered it for a pickup. I get to the store and was told they couldn’t fill the order because the driver took two orders when he was only suppose to take one order and then never delivered either one. Considering the new order was for a pick up, I tried to show them the order and explain but the girl was saying told me that the manager would not allow her to fill the order even with me there. She literally told me “We don’t know if you’re scamming or not.”

I purchased sandwiches from here and the egg was so hard it tasted like plastic and cut my gums! After enduring the pain in my mouth I had a bad stomachache which made me nauseous for hours. Do your body a favor. Don’t eat here.

1) a lot of the workers don’t speak English and spit over your food as they repeat themselves multiple times kind of gross if you ask me
2) they recently started canceling all online orders if you use the app chances are your order promos are gonna be canceled at this location
And even when they did accept it they always missed ingredients and gave you a difficult time picking up , hope they get new management or shutdown don’t care which happens first

Well this place is around 2-3 stars. I say this because getting online orders is a huge mistake. You will get an air sandwich rather then one with enough to eat. However, if you go to the store you can make sure they don't only give you two pieces of turkey And a small amount of lettuce. And please don't order from here after 6pm they have almost nothing left for you to get.

The store has an amazing staff especially the small lady is very kind. Her name was probably Shiela. She also gave me a cookie for free because they didn’t have guac at the store. Other staffs are also helpful and friendly. Very clean environment and tasty food. Recommend going there again and again.

My advice avoid this subway like the bubonic plague. If you need a sandwiche go to an actual deli or one of the many other subways but avoid this one. Online Ordered Steak and Cheese they told me they dont have steak so after already paying extra for steak and cheese I didnt want to create a stink so i told them to just replace it with Chicken....I get the sandwich they literally put two pieces of turkey on it with a pound of lettuce...wth and not even on the bread I ordered... Asked for a refund and they told me its not their problem..Also had another sandwiche in the order with bacon which was not toasted and was like eating rubber....Will never go to this location or subway ever again

When I entered the Subway restaurant located on 165-58 Baisley Blvd., I was greeted by an associate that asked me for my order. I stated I would like to order a grilled chicken salad and he responded with a question that was difficult to understand because of his mask and strong accent. I asked him to repeat himself and he became agitated that I was still unable to hear him ask the question, "Regular or Chopped?" At that moment, I knew the service was going downhill especially when he returned from the back room with a clear plastic bowl that looked NOTHING like the image seen on the menu board or online. I questioned him about it and he strongly kept claiming that the bowl in his hands is bigger than the picture because I was getting a 12oz bowl in comparison to an 8oz shown in the image. Although, I wasn't able to confirm his allegation I continued with the order and proceeded to request my toppings. The associate was very light handed with the toppings because the bowl was practically empty after he finished. He claimed once again that the chopped ingredients made the bowl look empty. At this point, I 'm frustrated and hungry so I continued with the order to only find out that he charged me $7.99 plus tax for an item that shows on their menu board and online as $7.50. He claimed once again for the third time that the corona virus caused the prices to go up. I became upset that the owner of that location had time to change the prices in the system, but failed to acknowledge it on their menu board. Not only did this location false advertise their image of the product, but it charged a price that wasn't even accurate on the menu.
