Breakfast is always amazing. Place is kept super clean. Super good food. And the staff has always been extremely friendly to me. Except for the manager Agnes, she treats her employees along with customers with no respect. I don't see how you can be a manager in a fast food place and act that way. Just try to avoid the manager!!

I do like this outfit. Great 4 buck breakfast platter. The 5 buck burger meal is good for an economy lunch. I doubt if it means economy calories. LOL So compared to McDonalds the wait has often been a bit longer but nothing extreme. I felt like since we came out of the Covid lock downs they are doing much better. Especially on breakfast times.

Just all around rude experience. I got me a Frisco burger. And it tasted off. Took 2 bites and couldn’t eat no more. So asked the manager if I could get something else. She acted like she was offended because I want to change it to something else. No I got a chicken sandwich. Open the box and a chicken looks like a brown paper bag cause of how old it was. So I just marked it up as a $10 loss on my part. I knew it would’ve been a hassle trying to get my money back due to the manager’s response about the burger. People of Jackson Kentucky always check your food from here.

This place makes the KFC/Taco Bell look like they employ doctorate candidates. Biggest waste of time for the most expensive fast food in town. UPDATE: tried them again because my wife wanted curly fries. One customer in the store already had food and one car already waiting after the drive through. Went back for my refund at almost 20 minutes of waiting. How is this place still open?
