Taco Bell

I wish I could give no stars, literally go eat anywhere else in Jackson. Not only did my husband wait in line for over an hour but the food is terrible. We ordered 2 chalupas(the meal) and my husband got a quesarito. The chalupa was so hard I couldn’t eat the shell, the taco was soggy and my husband’s burrito didn’t even have the rice and barely had the meat. Minimum wage shouldn’t go up when we get less than minimum work.

It took nearly 20 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I got my food. They were highly prioritizing the drive through and no one even came to the front counter for over 10 minutes to help people inside. There were probably 4 orders of people waiting inside. One of the slowest locations I've been to.

Probably the worst fast food establishment I've ever stepped in. Without discussing the quality of food which was the worst taco bell I've ever had, or the employees who don't know what they are doing, let's talk about the management. I witnessed the store manager on her laptop in the dining room ignoring her employees asking for help. She was vaping on a breeze right in plain sight

I give this specific taco bell 1 star. And it's not the employees fault. The operation is too cheap to appropriately staff the place. The line for drive thru is at minimum 1 hour. You can cut you labor all you want, but your hurting your guest. The franchisee doesn't know what they're doing. Remove the franchisee ASAP.

The drive thru was a little slow but it was totally worth it. A lot of fast food has been slow and you still get food like it was just thrown together but our food was all well made and they went out of their way to label my cravings box as the no sour cream one which is great because I go to the Bell and a lot of times they just dont care and either they completely ignore the minus sour cream or it's an unlabeled guessing game of opening up burittos and tacos to check. All this to say, the food was good and Ill wait in a drive thru of any fast food place if my food is that put togetner.

So I was feeling a little giddy today and decided to checkout the breakfast menu after visiting the auto parts store and my "massage therapist" this morning. The line was moving at a steady pace and once I got to the a chance to order , for some reason I panicked and just ordered some potato thing in the value menu and a hard taco for the ride home. The potato thing....thumbs down. But this taco ..this was the best taco EVER that I've had from The Hell and it cancelled out all the bad of Mr. Potato Heads burrito.Gidget The chihuahua would be proud and we salute you with a shot of tequila.
