Mcdonald's

Didn't have enough workers, and had to use kiosk to place order. It says they will bring out order to you, but with not enough workers they didn't. Other customer didn't hear her number called and it sat up on counter for over 5 minutes. I think they should of made an attempt to take them there order. Over all meal was good.

What is happening to McDonald's? I ordered a Double quarter pounder with cheese meal and drove home to discover an under cooked and almost rare burger. Is it just me or has the quality and service taken a nose dive but they keep increasing the prices. I think I need to take a break from McDonald's and find something else since I have had repeatedly terrible experience with them at every store not just one. Bonus points for no one answering the phone when I called to complain. The phone rang for 15 minutes straight with no answer so I just hung up after getting nothing from them.

I love Lansing ave/Parnell rd McDonald's the most out of all of them. It is clean, the staff has always been pleasant and very rarely are mistakes made on our orders and as a family of 5 we can order quite a bit. The food is also almost always prepared properly and not just throw together, too. I hate getting a sandwich with the patty half off the bun, little to no condiments and it looks like someone sat on it!

The speaker box mic was down and the person in my party was not able to order at the first window when she pulled up to it after 10 minutes of waiting. A sign should have been placed on the speaker box if it's down and you should let customers order at the window. Telling customers to "have a good day" in a sarcastic tone isn't good customer service. The employees need to learn better customer service skills and do better. This used to be a good location, it's sad that it has gone downhill.

Lines of people waiting for food, did an online order could not pick up because you had people parking there from the drive through. Waited 20 minutes fries cold, poor service I don’t like to give bad reviews but this was needed take care of the line you have then take more orders come on! Then my burger did not match what the paper states on the box!!!

The Lansing ave McDonald’s should be closed they’re customer service is absolutely unacceptable. Went there tonight & waited 3 minutes before being told it would be a few more minutes before they could take my order I said it’s already been a few minutes at which the no class girl on the speaker told me I could leave now as she was not going to take my order. After a few unpleasant exchanges I asked for the manager & was told the manager would tell me the same thing. If the franchise owner were to read the reviews on this store he should be totally embarrassed by his employees. But obviously he is a unworthy owner. Just wish McDonald’s corporate could read some of the reviews they too should be embarrassed.

Completely Appalling. The blonde Chick who was touching everyone's food (bagging orders and scooping fries) was constantly blowing her nose, and leaving the snotty napkins every where. Then not even trying to wash her hands. You could look at her and visibly tell she was sick. You'd think with covid still being a big thing, that maybe management would have done something about this. But obviously the all mighty dollar is more important. I'll definitely never go back to that location, and I'll let everyone i know in the area to avoid that location as well. I'm surprised the health department hasn't shut them down

This is by far the WORST McDonalds I have EVER been too! My order is NEVER right at drive thru.. then having to go in to get what’s missing/wrong the workers are RUDE.. like u are lying. 🙄🙄🙄. On top of NEVER getting an order right I always have to pull into a parking spot and wait for way to long for FAST FOOD at a drive thru!!! I will drive out of my way to avoid this location! I dont know who owns or even manages this place but it’s continued to get worse! I’m all for paying fast food workers more but for the love of God make sure the order is right! It’s not that hard. Also giving 1 star is very generous.. it’s more like 1/4 star rating!
