Wendy's

Love Wendy's and go to this restaurant often, unfortunately. If you order via their app and wait curbside for it, expect to wait a while. I actually had to call them after an hour and a half to see if they were bringing my order out. They also get orders wrong a lot. For example, once ordered 8 burgers with bacon, no bacon in sight on 7 of the burgers. Went to the drive through a few days ago. Asked for the large fries to be put in its own bag. Nope. One bag. Asked for a small bag. The guy looked annoyed, handed me a bag and shut the window in my face before I could ask for a salt pack or even said thank you....... and one of the burgers were wrong. If you go here, make sure you have patience or go to another location. Its the one closest to my house but I'm beyond tired and thinking the extra couple miles wouldn't be so bad to actually get what I order in a timely fashion without a side dish of rudeness.

We went to this location this morning around 11:00 A.M. and the young lady who was working was the only employee working, She apologized to us before she took our order that she was the only one there and to be patient. She did an excellent job and was very polite. We ask if her help called in and she said no she was the only one scheduled. That is a horrible thing to do to your employees. If it was me I think I would have walked off the Job. She surely is a dedicated employee and should be recognized for it.

It’s food. It’s just okay, and it’s definitely not fast. One or two times being super slow is understandable. Every single time I have been to this Wendy’s location, it’s taken me 20+ minutes. I’m not asking for minimum wage works to be incredibly enthusiastic about their job, but being rude, barely loud enough to hear is not the answer.

The workers are doing the best they can, explaining that they're very short staffed. Nothing bad to say about them. Owners, listen up. When you're forcing two people to run a full restaurant, you're going to have a lot of mistakes happening, a lot of extra stress on your people, and they're gonna end up leaving. It took 30 minutes to get through six cars in the drive thru and of course they can't open the inside to help with the drive thru because there's no one to run it! Get your ish together, owners.

Everytime I try going to this Wendy's, they are open but the people tell me there's not enough people to run a store so they are not taking orders. This is the 7th time this month I've been told that. At prime lunch time too. If you can't get employees maybe you should shut it down completely. You are wasting money paying people to sit there and tell people you can't serve them.

My family and I visited the drive thru most recently and were not too pleased. Items we ordered and paid for were not in our bag. When it was brought to the attention of the employee at the window, we were given 2 of the items we were missing but were still missing another fry. The window shut and despite our trying to get the employees attention, we were ignored. It could have been a busy time and they seemed to be short staffed, but we could have at least been acknowledged!
