Subway

The closing manager on Parnell rd is completely rude. We walked in and everything was as it should be then another couple than a older gentleman.the manager said they where closed bc they where short staffed (3) ppl working at the time. I felt bad so I offered to buy his sub since I'm in line.. the manager told be she should kick me out too.. to wich I said spread love it's just a sub.. To the older gentleman that was just trying to get some dinner,thank you for allowing me to buy your dinner considering she was so rude to you. She claimed they were short staffed as there was 3 people working. She was trying to close at 7 instead of 9.

Great location! I have been to many subways and this one is one of the best honestly! very good sub every time. I have had nothing but excellent service every time I go there. The manager is always laughing and joking with her employees while also getting everyone through the line with great speed. Best store around!!

Wednesday Oct. 4th 2017 @7:45pm my husband and I entered this subway store. I was greeted fine, saying they would be with us momentarily. As they were serving another guest. We waited patiently and when we were asked what we would like. I asked if they had any soup ( PAIGE ) the employee that was the one to serve us. Said" we don't have any soup and no meat balls" my husband made a face of disappointment. I suggested we go to McDonald's, the only reason I choose to leave because your store didn't have the items we were hoping for. As we turned to leave PAIGE your employee was very rude and made an inappropriate comment. In my opinion she needs costumer service training. I would really like to know how many complaints your store receives with her negative attitude. l would like an apology. I will probably never receive it. But this definitely will be shared. No one wants to be treated with disrespect.
