Fazoli's

Ordered chicken pasta duo. Was made with only spaghetti sauce. Returned to counter. Manager was angry I returned it. 20 minutes later after not receiving any food asked for a refund. Manager said "It's ok. I didnt have any chicken to make it no way." Have been a regular customer for years. Won't be returning any time soon.

The staff was less than impressive. Greeted us with rude tone and proceeded to have a rude tone when her co-worker asked a question. They had coid protocols in place but seemed to not care about their own hygiene, which completely deters from that. A staff member was picking up dirty dishes from a table with her bare hands and placing them on a tray. Picked up the tray and carried it to the kitchen, where she skipped washing her hands and went straight to grabbing our bread sticks with some tongs. I get she technically didn't touch our food with those dirty hands, but there's no way that hasn't rubbed off all across the restaurant.
