En route to Bossier City LA from Atlanta, GA I stopped in this Krystal at 9:45 AM in hopes of bringing Krystals to my wife since there's no Krystal in NW Louisiana. The people at this store made us both VERY HAPPY!

Once I actually got the food, I no longer was hungry for it. Tell me why did it take 10 minutes before I could order, then another 15 minutes before I actually got my food, there were only 3 cars in line. I only gave a 2 star rating because the food was hot & the cashier gave great customer service.

I made an order on the app my husband picked it up but when he got home the party size of chili cheese fries was not given to him. I called the number provided but it keeps hanging up. I will not be ordering anything else from this location

I was in the drive thru and I ask if they had any specials and I was told I just need to read the menu

This krystals disappointed me. We ordered breakfast. I did not know that you had to ask for real eggs or they will serve powdered eggs. Learned something today. The coffee was not drinkable. Had to ask for cream and sugar. Got butter and sugar.
But, the place was clean. The people we're friendly, and very busy.

After confirming my order with the young man at the pick up window, I was still given the wrong order!!

It was horrible. The meat was stale the buns were stale. Some of my krystals had hair in the box. It was so gross my friend threw up. We returned the food n got our money bac. Ill never eat Krystals again in my life.
