Ordered through their app for pickup on the way home. I ordered a sackful of Krystals and only received half of them. I was their only customer at the time. Tried to contact them to correct it and was passed to a voicemail I was not sure belonged to them. Only gave them one star so I could leave a review. Will not repeat this mistake again.

Went through the drive-through during lunch hours. I understand that there is a rush during lunch but at the same time there is no way I should have set in the drive-through for over 30 minutes. I don't know if this location is it understaffed or they just don't care about other peoples times. The Taco Bell right next to them served way more people in the 30 minutes that I waited.

My family stopped by for a bite after work and the employee was so rude and rushing for my order wouldn't let me change the order then got a attitude because I wanted my order changed all alone saying that he wish he was at the hospital with his newborn I'm like WHAT! NEVER AGAIN WILL I STOP HERE PERIOD $30 GONE DOWN THE DROWN

Hands down the most HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE of my life. Got yelled at just for ordering ! I asked the man "someone must have made you angry" Oh then I just got tore into . This location should be burned to the ground.Manager is literally throwing stuff at his poor new hire screaming get this lady away from my window. Just wow. If my card wasn't already charged ,would have definitely went somewhere else. Not to mention the 78 onions and gallon of mustard on each sandwich. Disgusting! Spent all night in the bathroom even after scraping everything off!!

Food is always at least decent but the wait times are ridiculous. I eat here frequently and the wait time is never prompt. The owner knows this because how could you ignore 100 reviews saying it’s slow. If you’re willing to wait 20 minutes or more for krystals then you’ll be fine otherwise choose a different chain because there’s not a quick krystals in the metro area.
