The service was a little slow as they were only two workers one working the grill the other working drive-through and in-store customers. The food was hot and very typical White Castle sliders what good what else can I say, it's White Castle.

Ordered online and picked up my food through the drive-thru. Though I arrived on time to pick up food, it was not ready. But knowing there is a labor shortage at fast food restaurants, it was understandable. When I received my food, they offered me a free drink for my patience. It was greatly appreciated.

You want a flat stomach 5 white castles and a medium chocolate milk shake did it for me. I have such great memories here my baby sister and I my Mom Family and so many friends I even think of the video Drew make I loved too.

When I pulled up to the drive thru, there was a slight wait, but a staff member courteously let me know somebody would be with me shortly. When they took my order, they kindly let me know that some of the promotions had ended, and that a new promotion was starting the next day. What I'm trying to say is that the staff is polite and on point, and always treats me very nicely. Seriously, they're great. The food at White Castle is definitely among my favorites, but the staff really makes it an enjoyable experience. The loaded fries were bursting out of their box. I asked for extra tartar sauce for the clam strips and fish nibblers, and they gave me handfuls of sauce packets. My order was filled very quickly, too. I already really like White Castle, but this branch in particular is great. Check them out sometime! Open 24, too!

Tasty little sliders, can't get them where I'm from except in the frozen section of the local grocery stores. So I just had to stop by to take a crave case home

My family has been going to this White Castle for over 50 years, and considering how drastically Jackson Heights has changed & watching countless other businesses open & close over the years, it's nice to know that it's still here.
The customer service has stayed as consistently good as the food here has. And nothing else tastes quite as delicious as the stuff you grew up eating!!!

It's White Castle. What's not to like? Good comfort food and a fairly friendly staff. Large parking lot with a drive through. (To ensure that customers are patronizing the establishment, a tow truck operator approached me inside and inquired about where my car was parked in the lot).
