Fast and attentive service, and very well done. Delicious signature latte. Now with a totem, if no one's on the counter.

Popped in here after a day of hiking and looking for waterfalls in Ithaca, around Cornell University. I got the large caramel iced Latte with whipped cream. This place even had nice little leather chairs to sit in instead of the usual tables and chairs. It sure tasted great and cooled me down after all the walking. Plus it gave me a little caffeine boost to continue our hiking adventure.

I haven’t had a bad experience here. Have gone through the drive thru window multiple times at different days and times of the day without any issue. Service is always great and quick.
Not sure what the negativity here is. For sure it’s better than the one down on Meadow!

Inside is finally back open. Drive thru line was nearly out to Pinetree road, but going inside my order was filled very promptly. Appreciated it.

Was looking for ham for my sandwich and they didn't have any. But I understand. So I got bacon with extra bacon. Food was good. Clerks was smiling. Was a good time. I recommend.

Can't beat the wonderful breakfast sandwiches at Dunkin Donuts. Impressed that they have a meatless option. There is never more than a couple of minute wait and the food is fresh and we'll prepared. Of all the options out there Dunkin' has the best by far.

I come here all the time, the food is always good, though the orders are slightly wrong like 10% of the time. I imagine it's because of the difficulty in hearing since the attendant always asks what I said even though I feel like I'm screaming. So I won't fault them for that.
On the other hand though, the service is hit or miss: some people are awesome, while others treat you like you're inconvenient. It is fast food though, what can you do..

This particular Dunkin Donuts is pretty comparable to others, except for the fact that they always seem to be out of SOMETHING that I try to order. Other than this small problem, Dunkin Donuts is great and I would recommend to all. They do close a little earlier than the Dunkin's downtown though so keep that in mind before heading up the hill if you aren't already up there!
